Shipping Policy

We offer a standard flat rate shipping of $9.95 on most orders. Certain larger or heavier items are excluded from this offer, and are subject to additional shipping costs. This includes shipping to the 48 continental United States.

Standard Ground Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx depending on location. A physical home or business address is required for all shipments, as items cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Most orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days. Howver larger items and custom orders require additional time to prep orders for shipment. Once an item has shipped you will receivev a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian Addresses:

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, require additional shipping & handling fees. Please contact support@AHomeDecor.com for exact costs. Please note that AHomeDecor.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees including Brokerage fees and Customs that are associated with any purchase. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do not receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order outside the continental United States, you will be contacted concerning additional shipping fees prior to shipment.

Back Orders:

We make a great effort to keep our website up to date regarding out of stock items, but occasionally items do sell out quickly and are out of stock. If this happens you will be notified of the status. If an item is out of stock you will have the option to either keep your order on backorder until we recieve new stock, or to simply cancel the order altogether for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. There are no additional shipping charges applied to backorder items.

Returns

If an item arrives in damaged condition, please refuse delivery and send it back with the shipping carrier. In the event of a damaged return, please send us an email notifying us of the damaged return, and upon receiving the damaged item we will ship you a new, identical replacement item at no additional cost. To avoid fraudulent Return claims AHomeDecor.com cannot accept exchanges for a different item nor provide an item refund.

To return an unwanted item, you must ship it back to the destination in brand new, unopened and unused condition within 30 days of its delivery. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days of the delivery date. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New" and "unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. AHomeDecor.com cannot accept 'used' returns or an item with any indications that it has been used. Customized orders are not returnable.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, as well as all additional shipping costs.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
